first time visit to cyprus and enjoyed the experience my mobility is limited so i hired a mobility scooter which transformed my holidays immensely thanks to andreas for picking me up at the airport thanks to eva for welcoming me and making me feel part of the familyand also evas breakfasts

and most of all thanks to you chris for the encouragement you gave me in going into the pool after having a bad experience as a child and the most memorable of all was the sail on the glass bottom boat and support i got when i went for a dip in the med all lovely memories couldnt have done it without you thanks chris

Once more we have to say what a thoroughly enjoyable time we had whilst staying at your fabulous complex. You never cease to amaze us with the careful thought and consideration that is put into making the holiday so enjoyable, not just for the disabled members of the parties, but for all concerned in the holiday, be it other family members or carers or friends. All my husbands needs were met once more. We could not ask for anything else.

The family is so welcoming and generous. One of our favourite days was one spent with the 'TOUR GUIDE' Andreas....what an absolute star that man is. He leaves no corner of the island untouched,. He can tell you anything you need to know about the flora and fauna. Dont book a tour unless its with Andreas. He took me and my hubby Pete to places off the beaten track that we could never have found. Nothing is too much trouble. We love him to bits.

Eva and Nitsa, busy as ever ensuring that all the guests are happy. The fabulous cakes still freshly made for the guests to enjoy on any afternoon.

The swimming pool, as enticing as ever, so clean and crystal clear, great care taken to ensure all around the complex is scrupulously clean and very well maintained. Even though there was building work going on, it didnt disrupt our enjoyment what so ever. We cant wait to see the finished results of the new apartments, just from the 'shell' at present they look like they are going to be superb....well done Chris for all your thoughts, determination and hard work that has gone into making C & A Tourist Apartments the best ever place to stay, with or without a disability

I am now back home in cold and snowy England and am full of envy for Cyprus living.

Can I offer my sincere thanks to you and your father for the wonderful service you are providing - I previously had a wheelchair on hire but this year opted for the scooter and it has proved to be the correct decision. My friends that I meet up with enjoyed my freedom just as much as I - and we were all able to appreciate the service provided.

In fact, due to a couple of children playing with the switches while on charge, I had to contact Andreas - who immediately identified the problem as being in inside mode - when I talked I was not near the scooter and he, very kindly called into The Paphiessa (whilst in the area) to check all was well - which it was.

I also had to give members of the public the telephone details whilst on my travels - as it caused so much interest with other tourists.

If you wish to use my name - or indeed this email then please feel free to do so - as I indicated to Andreas - I intend coming back to the wonderful Cyprus in Easter next year and will be contacting you in due course.

Our first stay with C & A and we were confident it would be a vast improvement on standard holiday accommodation but it was even better than we hoped, the ramps and bedroom and bathroom access that are normally such a chore presented no problems at all. In fact we did not manually have to lift Stephen at any time over the whole holiday, as well as taking the strain off Linda and myself it meant life was much more comfortable for Stephen.
The availability of both the hoist and the electric wheel chair were a real help....we were not aware of the extent/range of your equipment for hire, this will help make future holidays even easier to plan and all the all the more enjoyable.
The airport transfer's went without a hitch and we enjoyed the journeys with Andreas' running commentary.
Of course all the "above" is wonderful but it becomes even better when you add the hospitality and friendship shown not just by you but your whole family.....you are special people and we will definitely be back to see you in 2008,

just got back from our second holiday at evas apartments it was just as good as the last if not better,the apartment are all converted for disabled people should not be telling you this the more people that know make it harder to get in but there is good news thay are building 12 new rooms, your holiday starts as soon as you get ther andreas the father has two vechiles converted to take wheelchairs as well as there carers you can also book trips with andreas so you are not just stuck in polis already booked to go twice next year brian and christine

Hi Chris,

Just a note to thank Andreas, he was a most welcome site at Paphos airport in the early hours of the morning following a delayed flight. Knowing he would be there to make the transfer from the airport to Polis completely hassle free helped us both relax despite the frustration of modern day international flying. We were both disappointed when he arrived promptly to take us back to the Airport a week later - neither of us wanted to leave!!

It was also great to have the electric wheelchair available from the moment we arrived until we boarded the return taxi - having all the facilities made the holiday a real opportunity for Alison to relax and for me to be as independent as possible throughout our stay.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for providing first-class ‘disability friendly’ accommodation. The surroundings and apartment were wonderfully relaxing with a real family atmosphere; guests will want to return again and again to C + A Apartments, aka their new home in Cyprus!
From the minute we set foot on Cyprus, all our needs were catered for. The airport transfer to and from C + A Apartments was faultless and teamed with traditional Cypriot hospitality. Just want to say thank you again to you and your family. This was Andrews first holiday abroad ever! And to be honest, as a support worker, it was my first holiday abroad with a wheelchair user who also has learning disabilities . All I can say is Thank God for C&A apartments and everyone who works there as they took what could have been a very stressful week and turned it into a great holiday. From Andreas meeting us at the airport - what a lovely man! The C&A taxi is fully accessible with plenty of room for all. And Andreas is so friendly and knowledgeable about the local area - what a tour guide!
The apartments are great with all the adaptations to make life easier for those who are less mobile and for those of us who support them!0
Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and Andrew was able to go swimming due to accessable pool.

Before coming to C&A apartments we have had a recommendation from a distant contact. We had also looked at the website. It sounded too good to be true. With Hugh permanently in a wheelchair we had had many adverse experiences. But the combination of Chris's own experiences as a wheelchair user and Eva's welcome and genuine concern made the holiday unforgettable. Hugh was constantly in and out of the pool using the poolside hoist and was able to enjoy bathing in the sea when he went on the boat trip and was lowered into the sea in the special chair suspended from the ship's davits and was then able to swim around using a ring.
With everything so tailor-made and all manner of equipment available to be hired if needed, Vivien was able to relax and enjoy the holiday herself. We could go on about the highlights, but it's enough to say: "we will be back."

It is of great help to me to be met by a wheelchair accessible vehicle after a flight and the weather hot. Andreas' taxiwas perfect-it has air conditioning and he always ensures the chair is secured before departing. Although it was a long day we had an excursion to Pafos, where we enjoyed seeing Aphrodite's birthplace, the market, the harbour and the mosaics. We did not hire equipment on this occasion

Just a few notes on the Taxi service.

The Taxi itself was a Peugot Diesel with a tail lift.

The driver, Andreas was excellent, nothing was too much trouble, he was patient, knowledgeable and very professional in everything that he did. He had everything weighed up to a fine art, he helped make our holiday entirely hassle free. It is the first time that we have not hired a car whilst on holiday which we did not regret at all.

Best of luck with the new apartments, I am sure the business will go from strength to strength.

Fantastic transfer service, Andreas was at Arrivals when we landed. The service takes all the stress away from taking an electric wheelchair on holiday. I would recommend this service to anyone - world class! In addition we hired a manual chair for Max. Again a quality piece of equipment and excellent value for money.

Finally, the boat trip which Chris recommended was superb - Max has difficulty walking on sand but loves swimming in the sea. The hoist allowed him a memorable experience swimming in the blue lagoon and one memory that will live with us all for a long time. This family are amazing lovely people who have done so much to enable less able people to enjoy holidays abroad.

we hired a hoist for malc as he suffers with ms (the hoist was waiting for us in our room on arrival)

We booked a few trips during our stay(better to try and book before you arrive as andraos gets very booked up) we went on the glass bottom boat trip a lovely day and malc chloe and myself went for a swim in the med LOVELY .

This is the second holiday you have provided me with a scooter to get around the resort of Coral bay. Without it I would not have been able to move from the villa.
You delivered right to my door when you said you would , I had your contact details should anything go wrong ( which it didn't ) and then you collected it again when it was time to go home.

We have just returned from the most wonderful week in Cyprus staying at C & A Apartments. From the moment Andreas collected us in his adapted vehicle the whole week went like a dream. The facilities were second to none - for the first time ever on holiday I was able to get Bruce in and out of the shower with no problem. Chris's suggestion that we hire an electric wheelchair was just the best. It made the holiday for me as I would never have managed with the manual wheelchair in the heat. Eva's lovely breakfasts round the pool and her daughter's delicious cake were a real treat. The village of Polis is great - all the people were so very friendly, kind and helpful. Toen we op 3O mei naar Cyprus vertrokken, was er afgesproken, dat iemand ons in Paphos zou komen afhalen.

De opluchting was dan ook groot, toen er bij de uitgang van het luchthavengebouw een man (Andreas zou blijken) stond, die een blad droeg waarop in grote letters mijn naam stond.

Yess!! Dat was een goed begin! Bovendien, reed de man met een lift-taxi-bus, waardoor het gemakellijk was, om de rolwagen in-en uit te rijden.

Tijdens de rit, toonde Andreas ons een blad waarop de verschillende excursies vermeld stonden, waaraan we konden deelnemen.

We hebben tijdens ons verlof 2 excursies meegedaan en geloof me, we hadden er geen spijt van. Andreas vertelde honderduit over de omgeving, alle mogelijke fruitbomen, wijngaarden, steden en dorpjes, planten en dieren.

Hij is zéér geduldig en gedienstig, weet waar mooie uitzichtpunten zijn,waar het de moeite is om even te stoppen, waar er toegankelijke toiletten zijn. Geen halte was hem teveel.

Wij huurden in Polis geen extra materiaal, maar waren toch onder de indruk van zo'n uitgebreid assortiment van hulptoestellen.

Wie denkt, dat reizen naar het buitenland, in een rolstoel niets meer voor hem of haar is, zal hier zijn mening zeker moeten herzien !

What can I say, from the moment Andreas met us at the airport all my worries about taking a disabled person on holiday were alaid. Elizabeth and I were able to have a normal holiday besides this all because Chris, Andreas and Eva looked after us so well. From everything from breakfast to dinner Eva looked after us like a mother. Chris helped organise any outing we wanted to go on and Andreas (God Bless Him) did all the driving, tours included with his own personal humour ( this included any toilet stops that were required. We cant wait to go back knowing that we will be so well looked after. Elizabeth (although unable to walk) managed a swim in the sea and the pool. I was very impressed with the prompt and efficient experience I had in your easy to use web site especially for me as this was the 1st time I have hired a wheelchair when on holiday - I have been to Paphos before and was meeting up with a group of people who were all able bodied - the wheelchair allowed me to go out with them at night and see sights and sounds of Paphos as one of the crowd.

When your father delivered the chair and gave me a run through of how to use it properly I realised what a treat was now in store for the next 2 weeks. What a delight he was as well - in fact he suggested that I consider an electric scooter for my next visit and he could also recommend airport transfer with delivery and collection - I am coming back in September and will be using your excellent facilities again.
